By creating an account or using AllSocial ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AllSocial is a social media management platform operated by AllSocial ("we", "us", "our"). The Service allows users to manage, schedule, and publish content to multiple social media platforms from a single dashboard.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Union) to use the Service. By using AllSocial, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Publish content that violates the terms of the connected social media platforms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond the intended API usage.
• Publish spam, misleading content, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• AllSocial offers paid subscription plans billed monthly via PayPal.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to AllSocial. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of publishing it to your connected social media accounts.

7. Third-Party Platforms

AllSocial connects to third-party platforms (Meta/Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. AllSocial is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party platforms.

8. Data Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings page in your dashboard, or by contacting us at soporte.allsocial.online@gmail.com. For more details, visit our Data Deletion page.

9. Limitation of Liability

AllSocial is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, failed publications, or account suspensions on third-party platforms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
