AllSocial — Data Deletion Instructions
What data does AllSocial store?
- Your name and email address.
- OAuth access tokens to publish content on your connected social media accounts.
- Media files (images and videos) you upload for publishing.
- Your publication history and account settings.
How to request data deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data using any of these methods:
- From within AllSocial: Log in → go to Settings → scroll to
"Danger Zone" → click "Delete my account permanently" → type
ELIMINAR to confirm.
- Via email: Send an email to soporte.allsocial.online@gmail.com with the
subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
What happens when you delete your data
- All personal data (name, email) is permanently removed within 30 days.
- OAuth tokens for connected social platforms are revoked immediately.
- All uploaded media (images, videos) is permanently deleted from our servers.
- Your publication history and account settings are erased.
- This action is irreversible.
Data required for legal compliance may be retained as required by applicable law.
